Cookie Policy
ProxyStats uses cookies for two optional purposes — analytics and affiliate attribution — and one that is strictly necessary to remember your choice. Non-essential cookies are off until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time.
Manage your choices whenever you like:
What we set
| Cookie | Category | Purpose | Duration | Party |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ps_consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choices. Always active; cannot be switched off. | 6 months | First-party |
| _ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics. Set only after you allow Analytics. | Up to 2 years | First-party (data processed by Google) |
| ps_ref | Affiliate attribution | Records which page referred you to a provider so commissions are credited. Set only if you allow Affiliate attribution and click through to a provider. Reserved — not currently set. | 30 days | First-party |
The categories
- Strictly necessary. Just the consent cookie that stores your choice. No tracking, always on.
- Analytics. Google Analytics, so we can see which pages are useful. Loads only after you allow it; reject it and no analytics cookies are set.
- Affiliate attribution. When you visit a provider through one of our links, the provider may pay us a commission. We pass a small link parameter so the right page gets credit, and — with your consent — may set a first-party cookie to attribute it on our side. This never affects rankings, which come only from measured performance (see the methodology).
Your control
Use Cookie settings (the button above, or the link in the footer) to accept, reject, or fine-tune categories at any time. Rejecting analytics and attribution does not limit any benchmark data or feature on the site. See also our privacy policy.
